fasting away negative thinking

I'm not sure where to put this, so move it if you like.

I saw this on tv the other night. With all of the junk going around on here, I joined it. To me it really makes sense, & is keeping me from going mad right now

So I will pass it on to any of you. I started late & need to do some catching up on it, But all you have to do is fast for the 40 days. Each day you rid yourself of a negative thinking that you have stuck in your head. I printed them out & read them when I start having a bad thought.

Thanks for sharing this pinetree. I signed up for the fast and look forward to my first email tomorrow. My New Years Eve resolution was to start getting rid of negative thinking, (I used to be such a positive thinker) of course like most resolutions you start to forget about them so this is the push I needed to get me going in the right direction again. So I quess God worked through you to get to me!

I got my first email today but haven't had a chance to really read through it yet. I want to wait until I can read it thoroughly instead of skimming it over.
