Default NO time for snacks, gotta sew!

I find that as long as my hands are working I don't have time to snack.
So far today I have reinvented my capris by shortening the legs and adding a split at the bottom to dress the legs up a little and I made a new pillow case from scraps to match the blanket I just finished for Brie's bed.

I cleaned out my coupon files, did the grocery shopping and found the time to color two coloring books with my girls. I have also done two loads of laundry and cleaned out the freezer. Anybody got any more ideas for me?

Last night I made two pot holders from scraps but the binding gave me some trouble. I want to work on that some but I don't need any more pot holders.
Who wants me to make them pot holders??????????? Good lord I sound like I'm on crack! We need a smiley that runs around frantic in circles. Too much coffee on an empty stomach.

I agree - busy hands are the dieter's best friends. Reading, which I love to do, is the kiss of death for me. Staying busy is definitely a help. I love jigsaws - they keep the find so focused it can't think about ice cream or potato chips!
