Wow! Got out in the nick of time!
We went to a new water park that opened inside a resort in NH for a mini vacation. We stayed for two days and as we were checking out on the third, the resort received a cease and desist order from the courts. Turns out they were never suppose to open the water park because they didn't have approval for a pad that a heating unit sits on. It seems like it was a big battle between the resort and the town flexing its muscles. Anyway--I'm glad that we were checking out and not in yesterday. Oh! and we got a $50 refund for not being able to use the park yesterday before check out (we weren't going to, anyway).

I read about that when we were looking to go to an indoor water park. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to use it at all, so we skipped it.
I think we're going to the Cape over Patriot's Day weekend to go to their indoor water park though
