i'm exhausted!

the past couple weeks all i've done is crafting (sewing, crocheting, knitting, etc.) and cleaning.

now, i'm So tired, weak feeling, gotta headache that won't go away & just feel run down.

i need a break... too bad there's no one here to clean, cook, get caught up on daily necessities BUT me.

i'm thinking it's time for a nap.
a really long one... like through the weekend! LOL

what do you do when you're all outta steam but got loads of chores/things to do?

I try to pace myself for one... the only time I found I can't pace myself is when I am limited by someone elses schedule, like a repairmans.

When I get really tired I lay down and watch tv, something really mindless like "family guy" or " the simpsons" and it puts me right to sleep.
are you for some reason not able to pace yourself and on someone elses schedule?
It happens sometimes but I try to make sure its not everyday.
Cook a big pot of stuff and freeze half to cut down on the cooking.
Clean by doing a little each day rather than wait for the whiole house to get messy.
Crafts are for when everythings done unless thats your work from home business......... in that case, assign yourself so many hours to do it and then stop... leave time for yourself.
Lifes no fun to work yourself to death.
They say hard work never killed anyone, not true, hard work kills people so try to pace yourself.

well i just have a few small hours during the day to get stuff done.
i've got anniversaries (bdays), holidays & other upcoming things to prepare for... the house NEVER gets clean! LOL

so yeah, in a way i just have a small window of working around others' schedules (so they're not in the way or see what i'm working on).

our freezer is so full i can't cook ahead right now. there's so much food we rely on (mostly veggies) frozen, that i just dont really have the space for frozen foods right now.

most of the time i can handle all this stuff, it's just i'm getting fewer and fewer hours during the day to do anything with. or at least it seems that way.

oh i shouldnt' complain, i have a relatively ideal life... i guess i'm just tired of the mundane.
