Default I did it! I got my tattoo!!!!

It is beautiful! I am so happy that I got it. As soon as it heals I will post a picture. It wasn't very painful at all. I got it on my right ankle. Everyone said that the outline would hurt more than the coloring in but I disagree. The coloring in was more painful. The most uncomfortable part of the whole thing was maintaining the position I was in for 45 minutes! Anyways, thanks for all of your support!

I got a do over tat for my 45th birthday.. its an indian symbol for:

    new beginnings

I thought about it so much before I got it... to cover a very old one I didn't like. I'm happy with it.

Looking forward to seeing what you decided to get.

You're very brave. I could never get one, scared of the pain and I always wondered what it would look like when I'm 80. LOL.

I have seen some beautiful tatoos that represent very important events in peoples lives. I did daycare for a couple who lost a baby to SIDS. The husband had a tatoo on his arm with her name in it. It was his way of keeping her with him. Very beautiful I thought.

Show us a pic when healed.

I thought the coloring was the most painful too. Going over & over what felt like the same spot...ouch!
