    Default I'm so tired.

Physically tired. Not mentally, not emotionally. But physically. I go to bed before 10 every night, most nights closer to 9, as soon as I know the kids are settled, I'm off to bed.

I don't understand why I'm so tired!! I wake up very rested and energetic, but it just doesn't last the day! If I could I'd be napping every afternoon..lol. But with caring for other people's kids, that isn't going to happen.

    Anyone else??

When was the last time you had a physical w/bloodwork done? You could actually have a physical problem that might be taken care of with a trip to the doctor.

    Pregnant?
Maybe it's just the weather. I am tired too (and not pregnant) and it's just the weather getting to me.

I take a nap everyday. My schedule has changed somewhat the past few months. Currently, I get up around 6:30, stay awake until 9:00-9:30, nap until 11:00-11:30, up until around midnight or so. About every two or three days I take an afternoon nap as well as my morning one. Usually around 3:30 until 5:00.

I have always required at least one nap a day - even in my teens and twenties. I am 34 now and love my naps more than ever.

I always notice this when we change to Daylight Savings Time. It's like my body can't ever make up that missing hour! But seriously, if you check out fine physically, how about emotionally? Stress can make you really tired!

I see you are in Canada. You may be suffering from a Vitamin D deficiency. There is a great book that is called The Vitamin D cure, by Dr. James Dowd M.D. You can go to www.amazon.com and find it there.......even read some of it online for free. Just a suggestion. Also, if you are considering a vitamin/mineral supplement please consider doing your research on them. They are not all created equal! Cheap fillers and synthetics can leave you still feeling very tired. With supplements it does pay to put quality into you body. Also, there is nothing like a good walk everyday to get the lymphatic system going to clean out the gunk in the lymph. Good luck and here's to you feeling better soon

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well.......
You should start by going to have lab work done.... to rule out certain things. Then you should evaluate your diet, if its high in low value food... and you should then evelaute if your getting enough exercise.

Since you watch kids, you could have a virus... be sure nobody is bringing sick kids for you to watch or you'll stay sick !!!

I felt this way for awhile and when I got my bloodwork back it was way way below what it should have been - Iron supplements have made a huge difference.

I know the time change gets to me every year (spring forward). Also, this weather doesn't help.
