Can't figure out how to.....

When I want to reply to a post, I know that you can click on the "QUOTE" button and the poster's message that you want to comment on will appear in your reply.

But what if I want to make a comment on just 2-3 lines in a message, how do I "quote" just those lines and put it in my reply? I've seen some people do this, and I can't figure it out.

It would be [ quote ] at the beginning of the message and [ /quote ] at the end of the message. There are no spaces in though. I put spaces in the [ ] so that it would print for you to read.

Or you can hit the "quote" and have the full message appear, but delete what you do not want to quote.
