Hey Fellow villagers,I was wondering how many people don't eat at fast food places.It has been 4 years for DH and I we don't eat at none of them.And glad to say I don't miss them.What really helped was after watching that movie about what Mcdonalds did to that guy.My DH and I was like no not for us.Just wondering.

My ex in laws has not ate fast food or restaurants the last 30 years.

They only cook meals from scratch and anything processed is disgusting to them.

I RARELY eat at fast food
but I do have a SERIOUS weakness for chipotle:-(
dh eats fast food more than I'd like
but...
he's a grown man, he's not eating us into the poor house so I don't really say much

We don't go often. We used to go once a week last year and I would order a salad. Once a year I crave a Big Mac and then after I eat one, I am usually set for another year. I can honestly say that I haven't been to a fast food joint yet this year and I don't plan on going any time soon.

My husband likes burger king every now and then...
I have no interest in any fast food places.
McDonalds is supposed to have a healthy menu now, or at least healthier...
still.

In those fast food places, you dont know who's cooking your food, sneezing and coughing on it and bagging it up to take home with you, which
is why I dont like fast food places.

What broke me is one day I went to jack in the box drive through and this woman, about 50 years old, skinny and had bloodshot eyes is at the pay window, she looked like a very sick person, maybe on drugs, pale, sore on her arms and face, lots of tats on her arms with
brown teeth and stringy bleached hair.
I came home and threw the food out and never went again.

I enjoy Arby's roast beef sandwiches once or twice a year. Otherwise, if I'm gonna waste calories on a burger, I go to a mid-price restaurant and really enjoy it, or just whip up some patties and throw them on the grill!

My daughter loves Burger King. I'm hoping she grows out of it... probably about the time she grows out of those skinny jeans

We never do. Even as a kid, I didn't like fast food much though I did eat it when my mom took us. I think the last time I ate any fast food was in the early 90s?

Never! I don't like the buns, the cheese, the way they put whacks of indescribable sauces on, will put tomato on even if you said you don't want them to. etc. And even after a whole meal, I get hungry again after about an hour! I think I've only had fast food meals about 5 times in my whole life.

I do buy the occasional milkshake. Does that count as fast food?

I don't remember the last time ate fast food. But I ate it and then thought it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I just don't have the cravings anymore.

I have the same problem as bclements...it's never as good as I imagine it will be. I will occasionally give in to my craving for nachos for Taco Bell or CBG and I will share a burrito from Chipotle, but most other fast food I've given up. I don't like the way I feel after eating it. All icky and sluggish.

Rarely...sometimes when we travel but I try to go to Wendy's so we can have salad, chili or baked potato. I'm very fortunate that my 3 kids really don't have a taste for it even though their school complex is situated right next to a McDonalds!!! Bad thing is they all have expensive seafood tastes which we indulge maybe twice a year at a mid-priced or upscale sit down restaurant. Being that I worked in restaurant management and as a personal chef for years, my kids have become real "foodies" which really helps curb the fast food tooth. DH likes a hamburger every now and then but always feels sick after eating them. I told him an easy fix to that one....don't eat them!!!!
