    Talking New member questionaire

    How did you hear about frugal village?
    I followed a link from an article about frugal blogging.

    What interests you here?
    Learning from the experiences of others. I'd like to find ways to save where I can on food, clothing and travel. I'm resigned to being held hostage by gas prices, but need to find relief elsewhere in my life.

    What will you contribute?
    I hope to be able to expand upon ideas of others and offer my experiences as they mount up.

    How many kids? Ages? None

    Tell us about yourself.
    I am 9 years away from retirement. I own a home with my best friend. I am going to school to learn landscaping/xeriscaping skills with an eye toward a second career beginning even before I retire.

    Do you own any pets? Yes. 4 dogs, 6 cats.

    Occupation? Television Master Control Operator for a PBS station.

    Married or single? Single.

    Interests and hobbies?
    I enjoy gardening, embroidery, reading and working with hypertufa sculpture.
