Default best treat in the world!!!

So after my crappy day yesterday, I went to bed last night with several goals in mind for today (my day off). As I was going to sleep I could smell was my bedding!! I know this sounds weird, but I wash my bedding in Tide Simple Pleasures the Lavendar and Vanilla scent. I bought the laundry soap about 2 months ago, its like $6.50 for the small bottle, but I only use it to wash bedding and blankets. So, when I wash bedding every other week or so (the scent last quite awhile), it is like a brand new treat for me!! I small bottle lasts me about 3 months or so!! I just wanted to share a small moment of pleasure for me after yesterday. (I know it sounds weird, but it's the little things that count right?)
    Goals for today are:
Clean my house (my 2 year old is the master of disaster!!)
    Dishes
    Finish Laundry
And work on my budget planning!!!!
Thanks again for all the great ideas!!! Always welcome to new things!!!
You guys really do know how to make someone feel loved and the fact that most of you have been through or going through the same things is really comforting in a way!!

I love the smell of fresh sheets.

A chocolate cake was my simple pleasure last night.

I always think of buying one of those but they are expensive. Great idea to use them just for bedding. I'll have to get a bottle.

I actually tried it out by getting a small sample package from Tide or Downy, one of the two. I picked a scent and they mail it to me. So, if there is one that you would like to try, check out the website. I actually really started using on only my bedding, because my husband said that he didn't want to got to work smelling like a girl!!! But using on only sheets and blankets, works really well, plus I only use half the amount because it is a powerful scent. You can also get the dryer sheets in the same scent if you want to try that too!!

I love to sleep on freshly washed sheets, I feel like I rest better. My favorite scent is Downy's Tahitian Falls.

I love Tide and I love your idea of just washing the bedding with it. I am going to have to try it. Thanks!

That is awesome especially after a rough day.
    Very relaxing.
