    Default Kathryn Beich caramel bars

DH and I never really buy any junk food, but we are both desperately craving some Kathryn Beich caramel bars. I haven't seen any for sell locally in ages, all our local fundraisers sell Hershey and M&Ms (yeah, great funderaiser product! Sell for buck what you can buy in any grocery store checkout lane for 55 cents!)

I have called KB customer service, they gave me the number of a "local" representative....over 75 miles away, who has not returned any of my calls. None on eBay. We are ready to commit mayhem to get our slavering jaws on these ultra-yummy caramel bars. (whimper, whimper)

If anyone has a kid selling these candy bars, or knows where I can buy them please, please PM me!

Wow. No I haven't seen this product selling in quite
a few years. Do you mean the milk chocolate with
caramel and pecans on top. I think they were called
Katydids. We loved those. My mother and father would
buy them whenever our church had a campaign going.

Good luck finding them. Your craving reminds me of
the White Castle Cravings we have every once in a
    blue moon.

This looks like the fundraiser site.

    Classic Katydids
The legendary original Katydids recipe that made Kathryn Beich famous is back! Soft, buttery caramel and whole fancy pecans in real milk chocolate.
    9 oz.

Hey thanks for the reply. Actually what I am looking for is a chocolate bar filled with soft caramel. It is similar to the Cadbury Carmello bar but tastes 300% times better.

The KB bar had a soft caramel center that was just ever so slightly salty...that small touch of salt set it apart from all other caramel bars, it just isn't that overwhelmingly too sweet, sugary flavor that you usually find.

    Oh okay, Sounds really good.
Guess I was just having a flashback of some very
good candy I remember enjoying when I was a
    kid. Hope you find it.
