Default Church supper for youth...any good ideas?

I have to cook supper for about 35 kids, teens and adults at church on Wednesday night. In the past I have done: chicken strips, pigs in a blanket, tacos, french toast.

I want to fix something different this time. Any good ideas???????

We like to do pre-cooked food on kabobs with a variety of dips. You can make veggie kabobs with lightly steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, chicken kabobs with pepper strips and fruit kabobs.

This meal has been a hit anywhere we have taken it.

    -chili cheese dogs and chips/salad

-frito pie! (bed of fritos, chili, cheese)

-tostadas (very easy, just brown a couple pounds of ground beef and get some cans of refried beans going in the micro, have them put their own toppings on like lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream)

    -sloppy joes & chips/salad

-chipotle style burritos (alot easier than they sound, just get some of the extra large tortillas, spread some beans on them, you can sprinkle some shredded chicken in there, have the kids add whatever they like.... rice, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cucumbers...)

    - chicken salad (basically just a hearty bowl of salad with chicken in it)

    - taco salad (a bed of tortilla chips, browned ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese... )

    - chicken dinner (fried chicken legs, cans of green beans, couple of cans of corn, some instant brown rice and rolls..)

    - nachos with meat

    - burgers and hot dogs

I'd go with a spaghetti dinner lettuce salad ,cold slaw and rolls.
Maybe a big sheetcake for dessert
