Sunny Saturday, what cha up to?

We have spent most of the day outside doing yardwork!!!! Clearing out planters, planting a few new things, mowing, edging and clearing off the back patio!!

It has been warm and sunny all day! Got up early, went to our daughters for breakfast, then we all went to pick up my son- the guys played golf, gals played tennis.Got back home then went to stock up on canned goods.We are making a stockpile storeroom in the basement.Had lunch then stopped by the greenhouse for container plants and transplanted them. We scubbed off the terrace and brought all the yard furniture down from the garage attic.Scrubbed it up.We are pooped, and plan to laze around and watch TV.Oh, we did make an appointment to go and look at a trike tomorrow- a gas saver.Hope it pans out. Well, have a good evening.

Just after I got my 'stuff' done I got a phone call from a friend to come over to her dad's house to see her new grandbaby.....I was all sweaty and stinky but I changed shirts, washed my hands and fluffed my dirty hair and went over (after warning them....). The baby was just beautiful and only 7 weeks old. I coulda kidnapped her, very easily.
