    Default Getting pretty excited!!!!!

    I can't believe this week is actually here, buuuuuuuut...........................

    I"M GETTING MARRIED ON FRIDAY!!! EEEEK!!!

    We've been together for 8 years, and I can't belive it's finally almost here!
    I have relatives starting to arrive tomorrow from Calgary, and we've almost got everything done except a few small things. Picked up my dress last Friday, and finally have my shoes broken in. My nerves are kind of kicking in a little, but jsut in that I want everything organized so it flows smoothly.

    Were having a small ceremony at my parents' house with our parents, grandparents, and closest aunts and uncles, then a giant party receptino at the Marriott! We first got engaged in 2005, and it's been a long road, I jsut can't believe we're almost there!

    Just thought I'd share, cause I'm excited, and I'm pretty sure my friends are bored of it by now

    Congratulations! I'm getting married early next year, and I'm already so excited as well... I'm sure you must be even more so, since it is so close. Don't stress too much about the details though - after all, a wedding isn't "perfect" unless something goes wrong, right?

    p.s. by something going wrong, I mean something little. Like it rains, or someone gives an embarrasing toast, or your legs are so shaky from nerves you can't wear your wedding shoes (and you switch to black and NEON GREEN sandals - true story, happened at my friend's wedding, hee hee. No one ever knew). Congrats again!

    Thanks...I'm pretty excited LOL I was up at gone 1am this morning dancing to the Mull River Shuffle in our spare room while the cd of music for the wedding played and I ticked off that each track was ok....well SOMEONE had to check them LOL DFH came in from hockey and went..what ARE you doing?? LOL
    *sigh* if only I'd had that same energy at 6am this morning when I had to get up.....I knew I shouldn't have had those three cans of diet pepsi lastnight
    Family has started arriving, and all my friends have countdowns on their msn's....woo-hooo!!!
