Help getting my husband on board the frugal way of life.
My husband and I are very (I mean VERY) much in debt. We have came up with plans on how to start living more frugal but we never follow through with them.
I have really changed my spending habits. However, I am having a hard time getting my husband to do the same. I was outraged this weekend when he told me he ordered a new laptop and put it on his card. We have a working laptop and a standard PC. There was no need to buy another one; regardless of the "good deal" he got.
How do I get him to understand that he has to stop buying his big boy toys and start working on our family needs?
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Is he in charge of paying the bills or do you just give him $$?? This could make a difference. Do you both do the fianances together??

Have him read Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover and see if that helps him put things in perspective.
Also, calculate what your family pays in interest alone in one month or one year...that reality might hit him.
