Malted Cocoa Mix


1 pkg. (25.6 ounces) nonfat dry milk powder
6 cups mini marshmallows
1 (16 oz.) container instant cocoa mix for milk
1 (13 oz.) jar malted milk powder
1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1 (6 oz.) jar non-dairy powdered creamer
1/2 tsp. salt


In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container in a cool place. Give as a gift with serving instructions.


To serve: Pour 6 ounces hot water over 1/3 cup of cocoa mix. Stir until blended well.


Makes about 20 cups of mix.
