3/4 cup loose tea leaves
1/4 cup dried sage leaves
3 T. dried thyme leaves
1 T. dried lemon peel
Combine all ingredients in a resealable plastic baggie. Give as a gift with serving instructions.
To serve: Place 2 teaspoons of tea mix in a teapot for every 8 ounces of hot water used. Pour boiling water over tea. Cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain into tea cups; serve with lemon slices and honey.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups of tea mix.
