Spicy Cocoa Mix
Spicy Cocoa Mix
3 1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
2 cups cocoa
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until well blended. Store in an airtight container. Give as a gift with serving instructions.
To serve: Pour 6 ounces of hot water over 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls of cocoa mix. Stir until well blended.
Makes about 5 cups of cocoa mix.
