Raisin Nut Snack Mix

Raisin-Nut Snack Mix

8 ounces dry roasted peanuts
7 ounces dry roasted cashews
6 ounces roasted almonds
2 cups bite size crispy wheat squares
1/4 cup plus 2 T. butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 T. soy sauce
1 1/2 T. Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes hot sauce
1 cup raisins

Combine the first 4 ingredients and stir well. Combine the remaining ingredients, except the raisins, and mix well. Pour over the nut mixture and toss to coat. Divide the mixture evely between teo 15x10-inch baking dishes and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool and add the raisins; mix well. Store in an airtight container. Makes 9 cups.
