Okay, I did eat sensibly and I got my push-ups in, but an unexpected winter storm (and ensuing power outage) kind of screwed up my water intake. My power went out at 4a, and when the power goes, the well goes, so no water. I melted snow in a pan on the woodstove and got 32 oz out of it, so I drank that. But water becomes a priority when the power is out (and the electric company says it won't be coming back on any time soon), so I had to decide whether I wanted to be hydrated or clean.

Didn't formally train Crash today, because things are totally up in the air with the power situation. I did do a bit of "leave it" training related to him snipping at my older dog, Chewy, and Chewy seemed to appreciate it.
