I only need to discipline myself! I know how to do what I have set as goals and I know the value of succeeding at those goals. I have only to make the best choices!

    ~Think before I eat junk
~Faithfully check weekly sale ads and plan our menus around what is in the pantry and what is on sale
    ~No impulse trips to Walmart

I need a big wall calendar. A huge dry-erase one.

I need to track what we spend for just one month (I'm sure there is about $100 bucks in there that is convenience foods )

I need a sewing table for my sewing machine, as I have nowhere to put it (basements not done yet)

I need to track our grocery budget better, keep a better list of pantry and freezer items.

I also need to "learn" what's more nutritious to snack on that will get me through the day without feeling deprived.

It would also help to track our spending more to figure out where I can get EF funds from.

    I need to:

    1) research and experiment with crockpot recipes.
    2) find out dneice's and dnephew's colour preferences to make them wedding gifts.
    3) research indoor herb gardens.
    4) pick up the library program for January.
    5) pick up the art centre's program for January.
    6) research what I can make for gifts.
    7) analyse our miscellaneous expenditures for the year.
    8) research ways to scrapbook on the computer/on-line.
    9) learn canvaswork to finish my rug.
    10) go through my sewing patterns for good quick stylish patterns.
    11) send my manuscript for one last edit.
    12) talk to minister of current church to see what they're all about.
    13) research WW sites and books for healthy recipes.
    14) use pyramid tracker (http://www.mypyramid.gov/index.html) to track diet and exercise.

I already have all the information I need or at least I know where to find it for most of my goals! I just need to go and do them!!!

I do need to take inventory of everything I have in my pantry already, and began to track usage of these items to know how long they last.
I also need to enter the last couple of grocery shopping trips into my price book.
I need to start looking for good information on starting my own business. This will be one of the short-term goals that I'll be working on.

I need to track my eating, and exercising.. I also need to track all spending, and savings.. Use the coupons Grandma gives me and use the sales flyers.. There is a lot of stuff I can use around the house to get it and the garage cleaned and organized. For the garden, I need to get some seed catalogs together and see what I need to buy.. I also need to buy some pressure treated wood and organic dirt to make some raise garden beds..

Like the Nike people say. Just Do it! What I need to accomplish will only take determination.

    I started this week.

To promote my business: I was a vendor at networking event and I spoke to a group of 15 women (I was shaking in my boots)
    I sold three items.

For my weight loss: At the same event, I stopped eating when I was full. I joined the Health Forum's Live for Life Program here at FV.

I need to keep track of where all of our money is going...keep receipts etc... I need to go for more walks. I really enjoy walking and it is great great help in losing weight. I want/need to learn more about OAMC and freezing...I would like to learn more about canning too as that will really help as well.

My library has a great cookbook section so I should be able to find some good recipes there. I need to find some fun things for the kids and I to do at the park so that it isn't just them playing on the playground and me sitting on the bench. I need to find some good organizational books at the library...especially for small spaces. I need to do research on quitting smoking aids. It's a good thing I enjoy reading because I think I will be doing a lot of that for the next little while

Make sure I'm paying off the interest rates on CC#1 as well as principle.
