    Arrow February 2008 Goals

How is everyone doing with their goal planning so far?? Did you achieve some, most or all of your January goals? This is the 'blah' part of the winter season for me but I find if I set some goals, its more challenging and bearable.

My February 2008 Goals will be:

    * Try not to spend more then $100 for groceries, cleaning and HBA items
    * Try to put away $500 ($800 would be even better) into EF
    * Try to eat out less - I have five planned meals out in February (so far)
    * Try to keep up my swimming twice a week and add an additional gazelle day
    * To spend more time reading and finish a book
    * To continue decluttering
    * Try to have a frugal Valentine's Day

What are your goals for February 2008??

These are almost the same as my January Goals.

    February Goals

*Put $200 in savings. (We should get tax money back to completely fill the EF. If we do, we will put the remainder towards the credit card.)

*Spend $100 a week on groceries, H&BA, household, and cat food.

*Walk at least 3 - 4 times a week. (Didn't do good at all last month. I plan on walking the hallway inside my house, if the weather is bad.)

***If our tax money comes this month, we will put at least $100 towards the credit card.

I did well on the financial goals last month, it's a first for me. I generally always fall down somewhere or another. Woo Hoo!!

    For February:

    1.Pay off Loan by 2/29 ($750)
    2. Keep groceries under $200, this includes stockpile adds.
    3. 4 eat out days for the month, either Saturday or Sunday, but not both.
    4. Finish basic stockpile in case of layoff.
    5. Use less electricity than last month.
    6. Continue to write down every penny I spend.
    7. Keep up price book.

That should be enough for now. Once the loan is done then I just have one CC left and debt is totally gone!!

    Good Luck everyone!
    Christine
