Default "What's on my food"- website with pesticide levels in food

I found this website a few minutes ago and I'm loving it. This site shows you the most common pesticides found in/on food. It shows the amounts measured, organic vs conventional, domestic vs imported. I found out that organic milk isn't as free from pesticides as I thought. Regular milk is the same. So I guess I'll be saving some bucks there. I hope it's useful for someone else.

The only thing I always buy organic is butter, and I see that is a wise choice. :-)

OMG - this is really scary stuff. I'm 46 and when I think about all the years I ate regular nonorganic food...I'm sure my body is riddled with pesticides and I can't help but wonder if that contributed to my infertility. Even the ground water has all this stuff in it. I can't believe what I'm seeing:

Scary stuff - pesticides on apples 87 percent of the time; carrots more than 70 percent of the time; potatoes 75 percent of the time; raisins (yes, those things people give children as a "healthy" snack) 71 percent of the time;mushrooms - 100 percent of the time; bananas 63 percent of the time. I thought bananas were one of the better ones.

This just confirms for me the need to be 100 percent organic.
    Goals:
Lose 25 lbs (exercise at least 3 times/wk/eat healthy)
    Spend less
    Save more $ in ES
    Frugal challenge
    Do three things daily
    One new recipe a week
    Prep for zombie apocalypse
