Heretic. In-N-Out should never have anything bad said about it.

I find that any fast food does that to me. It's not whether it's meat or otherwise, I just don't feel right after eating anything completely covered in grease, fat and sodium.

Yesterday, I had Thai food. I had General Thai chicken with green peppers, onions, carrots and chicken with rice. It was delicious. I didn't feel gross or meh all day after that. However, if I eat a burger from Wendy's with fries and a Coke, I want to take a nap all day long. My insides get all gross and I feel like I can't function.

I'd get some probiotic capsules and take some for a few days. Perhaps that'll help you get back to your old self.

I haven't had fast food since February, I've been afraid to try it. I am not totally vegetarian yet, but am working on it. What gets me the most at fast food is usually the oil or fat. I don't eat much of that and when I have a few french fries or a burger, that just really does a number on my stomach.

In my early 20's I was vegetarian for over a year. I got so weak and thin that I forced myself to eat meat again. That night my Dad wanted to go out and look at cars, so here I was stuck in his car with all of my family going from one car lot to the next literally about to get sick!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a vegetarian for a while back in high school....thought it was the "cool" thing to do...at that time...though I didn't eat healthfully, just avoided meat....so ate all the junk food etc....when I decided to resume eating meat...it made me very sick too...like a previous poster said...your body goes into shock, I think from the high amounts of protein put into your system from the Meat...Hopefully you can get your body back on track and feel better soon...BTW...I'm seriously thinking of converting back to healthfully being a vegetarian now...
