Default Excited--reclaimed barn wood for floors

I'm moving on to my next flooring project - getting rid of very old carpet upstairs and putting in wood floors. I found a guy on craigslist who tears down barns and sells the 100 year old wood which is in good condition but has great character. It's about $3.50 square foot - depending on how wide I go - it's wide-plank flooring. Plus installation costs...but am so happy to find something eco I like.

My neighbors just redid their kitchen with cabinets made of some reclaimed barn wood and the look is very pleasing! The barn actually came from one of their parents' farms, so it's full of memories as well - such a great project.
