Green baby shower favor on budget
Hi there - want to give a baby shower favor to people coming to my baby shower and the hostess and I are trying to think of ideas that are inexpensive. We're not afraid to be creative. There'll be about 15 people there, so we can make something that's simple.
I was thinking maybe get some organic fabric and wrap up some sort of organic candy or chocolate and tie with a ribbon. Maybe give a soy votive candle saying light this candle and make a wish for the new baby.
Any ideas?Goals:

How about seed paper? I saw this online somewhere and thought it was neat.
You make your own paper by blending some torn up paper bits with warm water, stir in some seeds (flower, vegetable, whatever really), strain the mix then lay it out on a piece of flannel or felt, and press it down with a towel to soak out all the water you can. Put it in front of a fan to dry. Once its dry, you can cut it into a shape and attach it to some kind of thank you note or card. People can just plant the paper and grow whatever seeds you put in it.personal loan 900/15000

How about going searching out used umbrellas from the thrift/2nd hand stores. If you were going to have a ton of people I'd say you'd never find enough but I would think you could come up with 15. I would think you'd find some with charecter that you could match with the right guest's name tagged to it.
I'll keep thinking.

I ended up buying 4 oz can or freeze jars and putting in homemade apple butter, which I made a ton of this fall. Everyone loved it.
