Always remember (as the article says) if your at a farmer's market to ask if its organic. Many farmers aren't organic nor do many others who sell veggies at farmer's markets grow them organically.

Brinda - I feel your pain. There aren't even any farms or farmer's markets close to me, much less a CSA or co-op. Ugh!
