    Default Reflexology classes

I started my first class last weekend to become certified and it was awesome! If anyone's never heard of it, it is defined as --

Reflexology a science that believes there are reflex points in the hands and feet that correspond to the organs and systems of the body by stimulating these points you can have an effect on the rest of the body.

A week before the class was to start my TMJ started acting up terribly. I was worried how I could possibly learn anything while I was in pain but the teacher worked extra on my feet and it was amazing. I wasn't cured with the short amount of time but I felt so much better.

I'm so looking forward to learning more and bringing comfort to my friends and family.

I wish I lived closer so you could use me as your practice dummy.

    Good luck with your class!

Your DH is a lucky man! I bet he is enjoying every minute you get to practice on him.

I've got a friend who is a reflexologist and it's really wonderful. It sure can be painful, but the results are so beneficial!
