Kim (QuilterMom) - do you use organic dish soap
When I was in the health food store on Sat. I noticed they now sell organic dish soap. The cost though was $6.99 per bottle. I'm wondering why the cost would be so high and if lasts longer.
Would you know?

I use Seventh Generation brand (dish liquid - not dishwasher soap) and buy it when it's on sale at the health food store (Amazon usually has a really good price, but it's out of stock on there right now). It doesn't necessarily last longer than other brands, but it works wonderfully and is not petroleum based.
I know a couple of ladies in the UK mentioned here on the forums previously that they use the Ecover brand. I can also get that here, but it has never gone on sale so I haven't tried it yet.

The thing is it never goes on sale here. Seldom do they put anything on sale unless you purchase it in bulk, like spices, flour and such. Their canned goods never go on sale.

I would assume that they are, but I honestly do not have the answer to that question. Most companies do not disclose all their ingredients. (see this for backup to that statement - http://www.maryjanesfarm.com/SimplyM...s/column12.asp )
