Are the employees knowledgeable at the health food store(s) you shop?

We have one main health food store here where we shop and 2 smaller ones where we pick up just a few items that are cheaper. Sadly, I don't consider the employees are very knowledgeable based on questions I have asked in the past (so I stopped asking).

Yes, very. The couple who own the store are amazing people, with a wealth of knowledge. They are also the most helpful peope I have met. They are more than willing to order anything I ask them too. Their employees are university students and aren't quite as knowledgeable, however there is always one owner in the store.
