Do you recycle?
We just started (I know bad, bad, bad! LOL) We had to go to town hall to pick up the bins--they were $8 each
Do you pay to recycle or pay for the supplies to recycle?

We are required to recycle--newspapers in a little square box, cans, plastic and glass in a seperate bin. I also do a lot of composting of veggie scraps etc. in a big bin in the yard.

Yes, we recycle.
Our city provides the bins, but we are charged $2.18 per month on our utility bill for a recycling fee (you are not required to recycle, but everyone is charged the fee regardless). Our city only accepts newspaper, #1 and #2 plastics, glass, and aluminum cans.

Our county supplies a large recycle plastic container, a large green waste container and a small garbage can for our monthly fee. The recycle and the green waste are picked up twice a month on opposite weeks. We take our cans to the recycle center and get money for them.

Yes, our town is known for its recycling program and although we recycled while living in the city, the recycling program is even better here.
We recycle plastics, paper, newspaper, glass, cans and soda pop cans/bottles, along with milk jugs.
Any clothes/furniture/household items can be taken down to the recycling depot. We don't have to drive to the city to deliver them.
Recyclable items are picked up once a week here. They will also pick up compost as they have a buyer for it.

We are in military housing and aren't required to do so but we do. They provide the bins and we recycle everything, we take our own cans and bottles in for money though.

Yep! Our city just started a recycling program recently. Its an extra $2.00 a month on the water/garbage bill, but that's fine with me. They take paper, 1 & 2 plastics, glass, aluminum etc.
I really like doing it. I should save the aluminum cans because Dh drinks TONS of Dr. Pepper.

Yes, we recycle. Our town gives us a big sqaure container that is on wheels and is 3 feet high. The recycling truck comes every two weeks at our home.

We have a good recycling program here. They take all the junk mail, other scrap paper, metal, plastic that has necks smaller than the containers, newspaper, and cardboard. Glass is recycled, but you have to take it to the local site (three blocks away!). We recycle everything we can. Our yard debris is taken every two weeks, alternating with the regular recycling bin.
