    Default Earth friendly & frugal?

I find that so many things I do are good for the enviroment and good for me.

    --wash clothes in cold water
    -line dry
-using stainless steel cup for my cappuchino mix INSTEAD of Starbucks in a styrofoam cup.

What are some of the things that you do that help both these causes??

Buying in bulk helps a lot, and is cheaper too!

Reduce consumption and find unusual ways to reuse, or use up, products I already own.

Walk places when possible. So far that's only Wal-mart for picking up 1 or 2 small items, but it's a start.

Cut out unnecessary trips. I used to go see my mom on all of my off days, but she lives 15 miles away. Now I go maybe once a week or so. Saves gas, and gives her a break from me.

I HIGHLY recommend the diva cup -- really frugal and earth-friendly.
