    Default best soymilk maker?

Ha- I already mentioned this in both threads I posted to today, but now I have a question: do you make your own soymilk? I am afraid to invest alot of money in one and find that it tastes too "soybeany". I mean, I like Silk because it is not soybeany, but some of the others I have tried turn my stomach.

Anyone have one? Would you recommend it? Thanks!

We buy Silk plain from Costco. Three 1/2 gallons for 6.39.
I like it because it has a long shelf life. We use it for everything from milk and wheat germ and cereal, milk in coffe and cooking as well.
Instant Pudding will not work with soymilk. Ask me how I know!
Well, it also says so on the box, but I tried it anyways and it stayed soft.

I just purchased "8th Continent" soymilk - it was on sale this week. It's very good. I'm so impressed that I thought I just may switch from Silk. Even my college age son liked it better!

Sobey's Chain grocery store has their own brand OUR COMPLIMENTS which to me tasted pretty good for a soy milk.

I normally dont drink it but when thats all people have in their fridge for whatever reason, why not live a lil and try it - you just might like it! (a lot of us that were naysayers at that dinner party that night)

Another brand but I dont remember the name had Carob flavoured one, it was goooood! Im mainly used to Chinese Soybean Drink made by Vitasoy - dont know if that counts as soy milk going by the nutrients and dietary requirements or not but thats tasty too!
