Environmental volunteer work etc.
Is anyone involved with any environmental groups as a volunteer? Or do you take part of "clean-up days"? Educate others of youre co choices (like cloth diapers, solar energy, recycling etc.)?
I'm interested in doing one of those clean-up days this spring with DH and DS. Just to get involved a little bit more and try to open DH's eyes a bit more.

Haven't done anything in an organized group since I moved, but I've worked with SOLV before to clean up the Oregon coast.
I definitely need to see what PA has to offer this summer.
I'm always babbling on to others about what they could do too like CFLs and recycling, of course.

I'm always talking to someone about my eco-choices. Mostly cloth diapers.
I have been keeping my eyes and ears open for clean up projects here. I think there's sometime coming up on Earth day but I'm having a hard time finding anything.

Hiking and bicycling clubs often get together to clean up trails. Even if you don't do these activities, I'm sure if you contacted one near you, they'd love the help when they do these clean-ups.
