<sarcasm> Hmmm ... since the chief greenhouse gas is .... water vapor ... I've decided to stop boiling water. I'm also holding my breath for three minutes each day to reduce my carbon footprint. </sarcasm>.

Being resourceful and not wasteful is great... I love studying science (ie. geek) and I don't believe in global warming (I studied under one of the head research scientists for the National Weather Service...really interesting -- he's one of the guys who does the studies on glaciers/ice melt/etc.).Kace - married to Dh 12 years

Thanks for the link!
As a comment in general.. I'd like to see a greener and healthier planet whether or not people are the ones to blame for global warming. It's funny how many of those opposed to the widely accepted theory of global warming always brush off how important it is for other reasons to reduce pollution. Is pollution really fun? Is it enjoyable for some to see thousands upon thousands SUVs and trucks on the roads when there are other options that make much more sense? And why, oh WHY does the fight against pollution/reducing "greenhouse gases" seem so funny to some (yes, please hold your breath for 3 minutes)? Have you ever seen a forest killed by acid rain? That sight doesn't make me laugh.
Yup I'm uptight and don't have a sense of humor when it comes to this topic. Just my two cents.

Thanks for the link. I'm reading the book "Living Green" right now. I'm trying to make some positive changes in my lifestyle. The first thing I need was adjust my thermostat, I don't use paper plates, cups or towels anymore. I think all the small things we do can add up to make a difference.
