    I like Tom's of Maine toothpastes http://www.tomsofmaine.com/

They also have fluoride toothpastes which are ADA approved.

I sometimes buy it online and I remember seeing it at Walgreens every once in a while stateside

I second the Tom's of Maine. I purchase it at Walgreen's.

I have started using baking soda right from the box. I noticed the other day I don't have any plaque on my teeth. I will know for sure when I go to the dentist for my cleaning next week. It takes about a week to get use to the taste and after that it isn't so bad.

Voting for Tom's of Maine as well. I've found it very cheap at our local Big Lots store.

I agree with the baking soda. My sister has been using whiteners from the grocery. She asked me last week what I use to whiten my teeth. She was amazed when I said baking soda! Her teeth hurt so bad from commercial whiteners...ouch! Now she will use baking soda.
