Any Juicers Here?
I was wondering if anyone does juicing?
I did it for a little while when I was at home everyday and I did like it but it seemed to get old pretty fast.
I have a really nice juicer and lots of recipes and mostly I want to drink juices and fruits for my health. I don't eat fruit and don't eat enough veggies (not fresh ones anyway).
Are there any long term good health effects of juicing. I see people buying those huge bags of carrots in the store and I think there just might be something to this cause they are almost always very healthy looking people.
Then I also hear, it isn't worth it cause you don't get the fiber when you use the juicer. LOL, I those some fiber back in. I like the pulp too. So if I eat some of the pulp and drink the juice am I getting the vitamins and minerals I need?
I know this is long but I have to lose some weight and I was thinking this might be the way. What do you think about juicing and weightloss. Any good recipes for this?
Could use any help. Thanks."Success on any major scale requires you to accept responsibity."
