recycling used clothes
where can i recycle used or torn clothing. not for wearing again but maybe shred it and recycle to make paper or use as raw material. if i put them at goodwill, will they use it for rags, recycling etc ? the fabric is till good but torn under arms etc, and other clothes which are like rags. they are washed and clean not good enough to wear.
i live in CA 90034 area, so something closeby would be appreciated if u know of anything.
please advice me
