Smile What is everyone having for Halloween dinner tonight?

I was planning to have chicken with rice from the freezer, but hubby called and wanted enchiladas so I have put the chicken off till tomorrow night and pulled enchiladas from the freezer. We are having enchiladas, spanish rice, refried beans and for dessert we are having pumpkin cheese bread.

    Happy Halloween!

    Blessings,
    Kathy

Buffalo chicken wings with celery and blue cheese dressing for dipping. Probably have fries in the side. Have a spooktacular evening!

We are going to the movies to see "Ghost Ship" and then out to eat. Not very frugal, but since the kids are older, this has become a tradition on Halloween.

Lori your dinner sounds so fun!! Since I have a three year old to take trick or treating I want to get her to the mall early before she gets tired. We'll probably just throw together some pasta and red sauce before we go, she'll get really cranky if she dosn't eat before we go. Or wait, is that me that will get really cranky?
