    Default Costume Swap

Rather than spending $20-30 on a one-time wear costume for our littlest ones, the mommy's group that I am in is holding a 'costume swap'.

We all posted our various costumes and accessories on our message board and have then got to pick 'new' costumes for the kids. At no cost.

So far, there hasn't been one posted that Wesley likes, but Maggie is going to be a fabulous little owl. Perfect costume to keep her warm on a very chilly Halloween night. Even better--it's free!

Great idea thinking back to the cost of the kids outfits for Halloween before resale shops.(Dalmation Puppy materials for a 2 y.o. $50.00 back in 1992 before mom sewed it, I was having baby #2 oct.28th so no sewing).

I just cleaned out the halloween costume box and I wish there was a place I could take all the kid costumes that were only worn once
It's a great group you work with

That's a great idea and I'm sure she will be a darling owl.
