Happy Halloween!
What's going on today?
So far I've gone to the post office, grocery store. Now I need to handwash some clothes (dang washing machine), do the dishes, prepare for tonight. I only have one daycare little girl coming, and the after school kids.

Not much today. Took kids on little costume parade, they enjoyed that. We had snack and are watching monster house now.
I have ran dishwasher/put them away, and did some bills. No other real plans but keep house tidy today so no cleaning tonight!
Tonight my kids dad is taking them trick or treating out by his parents house (our t.o.t. was sunday here). So I will have house to self for few hours.
Oh and I just finally got in to get a flu shot today at 2:15. My back up daycare person will come watch the kids for me. So hoping that goes smooth and I dont faint at sight of needle!

Well, it just so happens to be my Birthday . . . . Slept in, plan to finish 6 more bears for the powwow this weekend, do a little light cleaning, run through today's grocery ads and MAYBE go to dinner at the Chophouse. I can't decide on that one. It would be nice to go out to a really nice place but that would require getting all dressed up and burning several hours when nothing productive is getting done. I hate down time! I think I would be just a happy to have DH bring home Checkers. That would be a treat and wouldn't cost nearly as much or take any time away. Well.....I can decide later.

I'm going to help with ds's Halloween party at school here in a short while, then tonight we trick-or-treat. Afterwards, we are going to a corn maze. The haunted house we always go to on Halloween night ended the 27th this year.... weird!
Halloween is most definitely my favorite holiday.

Just got home from work... time to put up the rest of the crazy decorations to scare the dickens out of the local kids!

Except the little cute kids, in the little cute costumes, of course

Just finished my book a little bit ago, and going to peruse the internet.
This is my mom's birthday and my doggie's birthday! Mom is 73, and doggie is 12 (84 in dog years).

We are still back in the woods in our cabin, so for the first time in our 30 years of marriage, we are not home to pass out candy. Hope our windows don't get soaped!

Not a lot going on today for me. Once the kids and DH get home we are going to the zoo for the evening. Going to ride the Haunted train ride and just walk around. Will most likely go out for dinner then I will make them each up a big bag of goodies since they are too old to trick or treat.
