Thumbs up Ham and Apple Skillet

Melt butter in a large skillet and add brown sugar and mustard; bring to a simmer. Add apples; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Top apples with ham steaks. Cover with a lid; simmer for about 10 minutes more, until apples are tender and ham is heated through. Remove ham to a platter and cut into serving sized pieces, top with apples and sauce and serve.

I made this recipe and we all loved it, but it is just me and the two guys here, so it seemed as if it was too much ham. We ate on the leftovers for about a week. By then everyone was tired of it.
