    My DH takes it. Somehow or another, we get it for free at Wal-Mart. My insurance company has a list of medications that are free for certain diagnoses such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.

    Yes i have been on it for almost 2 years have had great results with it it beats the heck out of having to take a needle i just hope it continues to work well watching my diet and exercise were not enough but now sugar is way under control im me if you have any questions i would be gald to help:

    I take metformin also for insulin resistance/pcos. It just kills me, but I'm trying to take it regularly. My stomach does NOT like it.

    Thank you for mentioning this. My DH is on it and our co-pay is $20 a month so I will be able to save a little at least.

    It contunes to get better. Now Wal-Mart has 90 day supplies for $10.

    I was just starting about starting a new thread about PCOS, and here's some people talking about it! I take Metformin too ( when I can actually remember to), for my PCOS I only had the side affects from it the first day, and the 1 day that I took it without eating first

    I take it also, been using Walmart since I was diagnosed last December. I also get my test strips there for my co-pay which is $25.
