April Check In
April was all over the place for me. Between the kids' Spring Break, multiple doctor's appointments, having my wisdom teeth out, dealing with the van's repairs, etc. it was very hard to stay on task. I did take a week off from working out after having my teeth pulled. Not so much because it hurt or was too hard, but I wasn't eat enough calories to even consider working out. I averaged about 900 calories for 5 days straight lol.
My body is also being stupid. Staying at the same weight for 2 weeks, then showing a big (for me) loss of 2-3lbs. I'll take it, but it's still frustrating on those weeks in between.
I didn't try any new foods this month and missed breakfast twice. Once because of the mouth surgery (I had to fast) and once because dh dragged me out of the house at o'dark thirty before I could even think about eating
This month I left behind the 170s, my size 12s are getting loose around the waist (but not the hips
), my elastic waisted pants are all falling down when I walk, I can put on and zip up a pair of size 10 NYC & Co jeans I haven't worn in YEARS. They're snug and I wouldn't wear them in public lol. But they zip without laying down on the bed or too much acrobatics involved
Stats
April's weight loss: 5.5lbs
Total weight lost since January: 24lbs (as of April 30, I'm at 26.5lbs lost now)
April's inches lost: waist 1.25", hips 1.25", I've also lost total of 2.5" off each thigh and 1.5" off each upper arm.
Total body inches lost since January: 20" !!!
New foods tried: none
Total exercise minutes: 878
Total calories burned (through cardio): 11,645
Total days I ate breakfast: 28 out of 30
How's everyone else doing?

Wow Heather!!! Your progress is inspiring. Even with all that going on you've managed to meet your goals. Great job!

~WTG Heather! Your determination is inspirational! Personally I was a slacker in April and gained 3#. Not too worried about that though. I'm concerned that I only got in 300 cardio minutes. I was vaguely sick the entire month but I could've powered my way through. This month will be better. I WILL be closer to 900 minutes in May!~

I am glad you are still loosing. I have stalled out for three weeks now. Too much stress to be worrying about weight loss. I must get back on the iron horse before it gets out of hand.
Good for you,
