    Default Gross but well....

I've seen this alot lately in the media. Books and colon cleanse products to get rid of parasites! Supposedly the human digestive tract if riddled with them and we need to cleanse every 6 months to get rid of them. Anyone know of a natural and cheap way to do this. Is this just all hype and way to sell us more junk we don't need?

I would be interested in hearing more about this as well.

How much we enjoy what we have is more important than how much we have. Life is full of people who have more than they know what to do with, but cannot be content. It is the capacity to enjoy life that brings contentment.---Unknown

Sounds like a glorified cure for pinworms to me. Take some cheapo Reese Pinworm medication and wash your hands often. Then go about your business and don't fret over it.

I think it's a bunch of hype and a big money maker.
I think drinking plenty of water, eating a balanced diet with a good variety of fruits & veggies full of fiber & vitamins plus exercising will do more for your health.
    Here's to feeling better.
