    Post Reading Food Labels

I know there are many who do not approve of NPR - but I found this article and thought it might be worth a read.

it's got "definitions" of what some things on our food labels (in the US at least) mean... such as Organic, Natural, Free Range, etc.

    I found it somewhat interesting.
    Hope you enjoy.

Some people don't approve of NPR?? I'm a junkie, I listen all day at work and love it!

That is good information. I'm from Iowa, but I was in Florida recently at a steakhouse and the were really pushing their "corn-fed Iowa beef" which I thought was funny, because it's been my understanding too that the grass-fed was a lot better for you.

Another NPR junkie checking in! I live a more informed life thanks to NPR. Why don't some people approve of it?

well, i've known people who think it's too liberal or too conservative (i guess it depends on which show yer listening too!?)... and I've run into my share of ppl who refuse to listen to it simply for one of those reasons.

    dunno.
