    I have to do low carbs for my Diabetes. Still learning what I can eat. I am taking a carb counting class this Thursday, at the hospital. I hope to know more after that! Have you found any low carb cooking sites?

    There are a ton of low carb recipe sites out there Kathi.

    I've been doing low carb since Feb. 98 and reached my goal weight over the summer.
