update: how i'm feeling
i've been asked a couple times how i'm doing since posting the "passing out" post...
so I thought i'd share a general "i'm ok"... havent had the feeling in a few days.
i REALLY appreciate those who read thru the posts, gave advice and even checking up on me!
I'm still trying to get ahold of someone to inform me about a town nurse. The city hall doesnt recognize one in my town. so i'm looking into the nearby "big" city.
but for now I think i'm doing ok.
as long as I follow the "rules of common sense" (which i normally due w/regards to hydration, exercise, etc.)
for all I know I may have had an infection and didnt "know" it ... other than the passing out.
*crossing fingers*
thanks again everyone!

You might have even had a virus and didn't know it. They can do some strange things. Glad you are feeling better and haven't had that feeling for the last few days.

Glad you are feeling .... stable! My church has a parish nurse that does things like blood pressure checks and things like that for our elderly members. Do they exist in your neck of the woods?

I'm glad you haven't had any recent spells. That doesn't mean diddly squat until your're checked out.. you hear young lady?
You can try to local university- if they have a nursing program, there might be a volunteer to come out and check on you.
Another name for the town nurse is.. the Public Health Nurse.
Every town, province or county has a public health nurse. Even the public schools have a nurse (someone has to check height and weights, immunizations, medication, etc.)
give them a call.
If you PM me your town... I'll track down the person.

Glad you're better.
