Default How to Protect Your Health Against Toxic Behavior

    http://drbenkim.com/toxic-people-behavior.html

Several years ago, I was fortunate to meet a lady named Deborah at a fasting clinic in northern California. I had several conversations with Deborah over the course of a year, and what I remember most about her is that her kindness was amazingly genuine; the feeling for me was that she had spent a lifetime enduring great sadness and suffering, and had done much inner work to identify and strive to live according to her ideals.

Toxic relationships are very REAL and very harmful! A few months after my mother passed away (we had a very hard relationship the last few years of her life due to her choices) I went to the Dr and found out I had ulcers and hernia's. I am sure it was from the stress and carrying around all that crap for FIVE years.

After years of learning to forgive and let go, I feel MUCH better and hardly have stomach pains.

I can make direct correlations between the toxic relationships in my life, and the 'unhealth' I have experienced. Even today.

    Thanks CB (Country....)

One thing that I fall into is complaining about people or things and I notice that certain people really exacerbate this, so I am trying to move away from that. We really can become who we spend time with.
