    Default SAM-e?

I've seen commercials recently for this recently. Apparently the supplement can improve your mood and decrease irritability. ANd boy do I need a decrease in irritability!

Anyone else heard of it, know about it, tried it?

The only downside to St. John's Wart is that it can actually interfere with birth control pills and decrease their effectiveness.

I have heard the same thing about SAM-e, and my parents take it. They are the ones who told me about it. I went to Walmart to buy some for dh (he needs it ), but didn't find any there. I haven't looked anywhere else. I'll have to look again and try it out - or have dh try it out!

st. john's wart can interfere with a lot of rx meds. talk to teh doc or pharmacist before taking it if you are on any meds.

    Hi,

I have not tried it yet, but I have a box of Mood Plus SAM-e sitting on my desk. I got this box free from Nature Made - I don't know if it's still available as a freebie, but here's the site: www.NatureMade.com

I know that this brand is available at CVS, Walgreen's, etc., but not sure about Wal-Mart. There might be a store locater on the website - Hope this helps!

    Blessings,
